My name is Ace Morgan I am a trans man and I wanted to create a place for people to come and listen to stories, interviews and hear fitness tips to live a better healthier life. As a fitness professional with over 30 years of experiance in the gym I have had quite a journey as a trans man and personal trainer.
When we feel seen and heard we can heal, gain confidence and self esteem. Over the years I have collected many stories and connected with other practioiners and healers. I'm excited to share with you my stories, and their wisdom through conversations and interviews and so much more,

I has a great time at the trans march this year, it was a year of togetherness.
I always feel the unity in the crowd, every time I am there I get full of hope.
I am walking around asking peopel where they are from, trying to get people to talk about what they are seeing.
