Dr. Anya de Montigny, (she/her) DHS is a clinical and somatic sexologist who works with couples to help them achieve healthy sex and intimacy in their long term relationships. Dr. Anya has her DHS - Doctor of Human Sexuality - degree from the insititute for advanced study of Human Sexuality, Clinical Sexologist and Somatic Sex Educator. She is certified as a Gottman Method 7 Principles for Making Marriage work Leader and is trained in the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Levels 1&2 which she incorporates into her work as a sexologist. Dr. Anya specializes in working with couples and individuals in a relationship and invites straight and LGBTQIA folks into her practice.
